Cancellation Policy

*DEPOSITS ARE NOW REQUIRED TO BOOK NEW CLIENT SERVICES AND BODY WAXING SERVICES ONLINE. YOU CAN PRE-BOOK IN PERSON AFTER APPOINTMENT TO AVOID HAVING TO PAY A DEPOSIT.
*SAME DAY AND NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE FEES. If your card has insufficient funds you will be responsible to pay the remaining 100% before you are able to book another appointment and all other appointments will be cancelled immediately until remaining balance is paid.
*LESS THAN 24 HOURS CANCELATION WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF 50% SO PLEASE TEXT ME TO SET UP A PAYMENT ARRANGMENT.
*10 minute grace period allowed. After 10 minutes appointment will be CANCELLED.
*ALL SERVICE PAYMENTS CAN BE CASH ZELLE OR CARD. ALL CARD PAYMENTS WILL HAVE A 1% SERVICE FEE ADDED.
